Green Machine Smoothie

I cannot believe how long these took to get on my website! By far, the most requested recipe and believe me you, I make smoothies at least 4-5 times a week sometimes for breakfasts and sometimes for dinner. I make a lot of variations of these but spinach is a constant!
Bananas are a great source of potassium hence best to be consumed in the morning and are very good for your skin as well. This gives me all the energy I need for a long day of cooking and writing. Coconut milk has a good amount of vitamin C which helps to maintain the elasticity of the skin which again is a win-win! But if that is something that is not easily available just add regular milk increasing the quantity to one and a half cup.
Frozen banana/avocados are SO dreamy creamy and absolutely give these smoothie the best texture almost like a nice cream. If I can get my husband hooked to these, I sure have hit a home run!
In my opinion, this is a sure shot way to get all things your body needs to be fueled and in the best way. I will be posting a couple more variations but I had to start with this one since this mix got me hooked to smoothies almost a year and a half ago and till date my favorite!
