
Another Valentine’s Day special treat coming hot for y’all!
Ingredients –
- Eggs – 2
- Maple syrup – 1 cup
- Coffee/Vanilla extract – 2 tsp
- Black cocoa powder – 3/4 cup
- Oat flour – 1 cup
- Baking soda – 1 tsp
Directions –
- Preheat the oven to 355 degree and line the baking dish with non stick parchment paper.
- Toss the first 5 ingredients in the blender/processor. Make sure to run that for atleast 2 minutes.
- Pour the batter onto a big bowl. Add in the baking soda.
- Stir until incorporated throughly.
- Pour the batter on to the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Once done, carefully remove the dish and let it cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
- Enjoy with your morning coffee or with ice cream for dessert!
